Baby Boomer Club Membership Application Form - RENEWALS OR NEW MEMBERS
In order to be a member, the Club requires that an individual (or one of the spouses/partners) be born between 1946 and 1964. Villages ID card and Driver's License is required.
Dues are $5.00 per person annually, with an additional one-time charge of $5.00 per person for magnetic name tags for new members. Check payment is accepted - please make the check out to Baby Boomers.
